WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING – Finance Manager
Location: Surulere Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Net Salary:  ₦666,667

**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
* Strengthen internal controls, manage financial risks, and coordinate audit activities.
* Ensure timely remittance of taxes, statutory deductions, and regulatory filings.
* Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team while maintaining high professional standards.

### **Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
* ACA, ICAN, or other relevant professional accounting certification is mandatory.
* Minimum of **5–8 years** relevant experience in Finance, Audit, Internal Control, or Compliance.
* Previous experience in the **Banking or Microfinance** sector is an added advantage.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
* Applicants must be between 35 and 40 years of age.
