 URGENTLY HIRING – BRANCH ACCOUNT OFFICERS (4 POSITIONS)
Our client, a reputable Pharmaceutical/Healthcare retail chain, is seeking experienced Branch Account Officers to join its growing team.

Number of Vacancies:  4 Positions
Location:  Surulere, Lagos
Salary: ₦200,000 Gross Monthly

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years' accounting experience, preferably within a pharmaceutical, hospital, or healthcare retail environment.
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, cash management, and financial reporting.
* Experience handling pharmacy sales records, prescriptions billing, and inventory reconciliation is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily financial transactions and cash reconciliation for the branch.
* Maintain accurate accounting records in line with healthcare/pharmacy regulations.
* Monitor branch expenses and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory policies.
* Reconcile bank statements, POS transactions, and petty cash accounts.
* Support inventory reconciliation of drugs and medical supplies.
* Prepare periodic financial and sales reports for management.
* Ensure proper documentation of pharmacy sales and billing processes.
