2.1 Recruitment & Headhunting

  • Domestic hires, contract hires, executive search, graduate recruitment.
  • Job role analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation.

2.2 Job Posting

  • Employers can post job adverts on our platform according to subscription plans or token purchases.
  • We handle job creation, promotion, and advertising. Job posting packages may include social media promotion depending on the plan.

2.3 Candidate Services

  • CV writing and revamp services optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Career guidance, coaching, and registration in our talent pool for exposure to verified job opportunities.

2.4 HR Advisory & Consulting

  • Policy development, labor law compliance, conflict resolution, employee handbook creation, HR strategy, and organizational design.

2.5 Outsourcing & Payroll

  • Full HR outsourcing, staff sourcing, payroll management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee documentation.

2.6 Background Checks

  • Employment verification, guarantor references, address verification, and other pre-employment screenings as requested by employers.

2.7 Business Management Consulting

  • Process optimization, financial reconciliation, bookkeeping, and B2B partnership facilitation.

2.8 Learning & Development

  • Tailored corporate training, leadership programs, technical upskilling, and soft skills development.

3. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you:

  1. Are at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  2. Have the authority to enter into contracts for your organization or yourself.
  3. Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.

4. Account Registration & Credentials

  • Employers may be required to create accounts for job posting subscriptions or token purchases.
  • Candidates may create accounts for CV submission, talent pool registration, and job application tracking.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under their account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity is detected.

5. Job Posting & Token Policy

  • Job postings are purchased via subscription plans or tokens. One token equals one job posting.
  • Tokens can be purchased in any quantity; bulk purchases may qualify for discounts as advertised.
  • Unlimited annual plans are available for employers as specified on the website.
  • All job postings must comply with our content guidelines; discriminatory, unlawful, or fraudulent postings are prohibited.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused tokens unless required by law.

6. Candidate Services Policy

  • CV writing and revamp services are performed by our professional team.
  • While we optimize CVs for ATS and employer visibility, we do not guarantee job offers.
  • Career guidance is advisory and based on best practices; final career decisions rest with the candidate.
  • Candidate information submitted to our platform will only be shared with verified employers and relevant third parties as per our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment & Billing

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, card payment, or any approved online payment gateway.
  • Subscription plans, token purchases, and other services are billed as specified on the website.
  • All prices are in Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified.
  • Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is made.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  1. Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration or service use.
  2. Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.

  • Any dispute arising from use of our services will first be addressed via negotiation with our support team.
  • If unresolved, disputes will be settled under the laws of Nigeria, with Lagos courts as the jurisdiction.

14. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users violating Terms or engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • Upon termination, all unpaid fees remain due, and all rights to access services are revoked.

15. Changes to Terms & Policies

  • We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time.
